Current Projects

Southampton Super Wawa Store

Wawa Southampton will feature a 6,372 square foot convenience store with a drive-thru, a 12-pump gas station, and 55 parking spaces. It will be located in Southampton Township, a small but growing rural enclave about 25 miles east of Philadelphia. The Project site is at the intersection of Routes 70 and 206, two primary traffic arteries through the region, which collectively have more than 20,000 vehicles travelling through daily at this site. The intersection is a critical redevelopment site for the Township, which is committed to developing the busy intersection into a key commercial area that will support long term economic growth for the region, helping attract other businesses and residents to the area. The project is being developed by a seasoned developer under Wawa’s Preferred Developer program, having delivered many successful Wawa sites in New Jersey.
